It is made of extruded aluminum and comes with built in storm bars, eliminating the need for extra installation. They are maintenance free and can be powder coated to almost any color you desire (over 60 colors to choose from).

Building Code Specifications
The height restrictions for the shutters are limited to 7 feet 3 inches. The Colonials meet the large-missile impact test of the Florida Building Code (FL871-R1 & FL872-R1, respectively).
